Aquatic Biodanza

It is in a gently warm (37˚) and enveloping water,
that Aquatic Biodanza invites us
to abandon ourselves, to feel the benefits
fluid movements of our bodies
almost completely free of gravity.

In a gentle and caring atmosphere,
similar to the original conditions of life,
Aquatic Biodanza allows deep revitalization
and constitutes a real ritual of rebirth.

Come swim in happiness…
In the lightness and in the depth…
